Less than a week ago I got a BIG, I mean really BIG, upgrade to the gear I was using to shoot.

So far, all the photos that were posted on this site were taken with a 3Mp, yes just 3, camera! the mighty Minolta Z1.

Last Saturday I got my first Digital SLR (Single Lens Reflex) camera! The amazing Canon 500D (T1i / Kiss X3 Digital).

Here is the pic of old meets new, shot by Nokia E72, which by the way, has a 5MP sensor.

I used to look at the Z1 as a big (in size) camera, but after handling the 500D for a few day, it now does look small, very small!!

I’ll post some pics shot with the new camera soon!
